Refund Policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds returns and exchanges are offered after purchase if the customer changes their mind, not happy with the purchase or if they feel the product is not right for them.

Please to take when selecting products from Noisin shop.

The only time a refund is offered is in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shaun@noisin.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We do accept returns on products that damaged within the shipment processes and/or before it arrives at the delivery location. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return once damage goods return to the shipping location.
